The drop spears are 3 1/8" long without the top octagonal prism piece and hanger. Each prism comes as a 3 piece set - as shown - long spear prisms and 2 octagonal small prisms at the top of it; Great condition, no chips or cracks. may need some cleaning. Selling as is.
