While deception is a very rare occurrence at Verzilla, every transaction should be carefully examined before anything takes place.

    Phishing Attempts

    Unfortunately, Verzilla is not immune to this common threat found across the net. Beware of any email you receive that is asking you to login or change your password, using the link from within the email you received; these emails will look very similar to the ones you receive from Verzilla. However, they are intended to capture your login information and then access and compromise your account. All emails from Verzilla will be from verzilla.com if the email address does not end "verzilla.com" - then it is not from us, and also we will never ask you for your password. Tax and Shipping

Setting Up Your Tax and Shipping is important as it affects the total cost of the product you are selling. The 'tax' attribute is only applicable for US sales. For all other countries, please review an international tax policy about more information on a value-added tax (VAT) details when shipping outside of Unites States.
Set up sales tax rates.
To configure tax settings (US only), use product-level tax rates attribute in your product data.
You can access tax rates configuration in the product data.
You have two options in your product tax configuration; under:
- Sales Tax
where you can either leave the Tax box unmarked and not charge Tax in the United States
or
mark this product taxable by checking the checkbox and selecting the applicable state from the drop down menu and specifying the tax (%) for an individual state.
Set your shipping rates.
To configure shipping settings for US or International shipments, use product-level shipping rates attribute in your product data to provide a shipping value for a product. Your shipping rates are how much you have to charge your buyers to ship their product. For single products, you can use flat-rate shipping or charge an incremental shipping fee when shoppers order more than one product from you. For more complex shipping rates you can check the applicable carrier Shipping Calculator to set your shipping rates based on order amount (monetary value), order weight, package dimension and product quantity.
