Pair Antique Medieval Gothic Vintage Bronze Brass Knight Spanish French Sconce Art Deco Deco~ candlesticks with switches on candles Please refer to the photos for the measurements*** Offered this rare very unique pair of Antique Medieval Gothic cast hammered brass/bronze Sconces they are heavy great quality fixtures. The hammered hand made metal is Bronze (or it may be cast brass) with beautiful satin silver plated original finish and old charming patina. Beautiful Gothic sconces with spear tops and ornate leaf designs on the back plates. Each sconce is a 2 light fixture with candlesticks. Each candlestick has a switch on the candle, so each bulb can be lit individually ON and OFF - for easy use - in fully working condition; Original cloth wiring on the sconces; a very rare pair. Great working order ready for hanging in your home. The metal is cast bronze or may be it's brass - yellow metal not any other metal like iron or anything else! The sconces can be wired into a wall - as these are wall fixtures and come with mounting hardware - as shown; OR, cords with switches can be added to plug in these into an outlet and hang anywhere in the room. I believe these vintage sconces would date somewhere from 1920 or earlier. These are European sconces, unmarked, but either French or Spanish made. Sconces use a standard base bulbs - total 4 of them up to 75watt each (not incl.). The auction is for a pair (2 sconces). I do however have total 5 of them they are listed in my ebay store - in case you need more than one pair ; they came from the mansion Estate in Ohio; No broken or chipped or any missing pieces.
