The metal is a combination of gilt brass and painted tole metal with great dark patina. This hanging fixture takes standard base size bulb up to 150 watt (not incl). Comes with a 9' foot long cord with a switch in line and plug at the end so you can hang it anywhere in the room and plug into a wall outlet.
