European clear Crystal Prisms. A beautiful porcelain white Carousel circus horse on the post. Richly decorated with relief ribbons bow and gilt tassels. Fountain of dripping crystals and beaded opaline blue beads at the top bobeche. The metal is a combination of tole and cast brass and tole metal. New wiring , has a loop at the top and - comes with an extra long 9' foot cord with switch in line and plug at the end so you can hang it anywhere on the ceiling hook and plug into a wall outlet- ready to hang in your home.
